Charlotte Rambla is a Senior Scientist at Land and Carbon, Inc. She is an agricultural scientist and project leader with over 10 years of international experience in plant breeding, root phenotyping, and climate-resilient agriculture. Her work spans controlled-environment systems, multiscale field trials, and the integration of plant genetics and phenomics to advance nature-based climate solutions. Charlotte has led multidisciplinary research teams and developed collaborations with universities, R&D institutions, growers, and industry partners across Australia, Europe, the Middle East, Mexico, and the United States.
