Charlotte Rambla, Ph.D.
Charlotte Rambla is a Senior Scientist at Land and Carbon, Inc. She is an agricultural scientist and project leader with over 10 years of international experience in plant breeding, root phenotyping, and climate-resilient agriculture. Her work spans controlled-environment systems, multiscale field trials, and the integration of plant genetics and phenomics to advance nature-based climate solutions. Charlotte has led multidisciplinary research teams and developed collaborations with universities, R&D institutions, growers, and industry partners across Australia, Europe, the Middle East, Mexico, and the United States. She is recognized for her scientific rigour, inclusive leadership, and ability to translate complex research into practical strategies for climate resilient agriculture and soil carbon sequestration.
