Attaining the Paris Climate Agreement's objectives requires the world to achieve net-zero CO2 emissions around or before mid-century. Land and Carbon, Inc.'s nature-based climate solutions remove significant amounts of CO2 from the atmosphere and maximize the amount of carbon sequestered in soil on marginalized, degraded, underserved, and environmentally impaired lands with deficient organic soil content. Working with local and world-class experts in multiple scientific, engineering, and operational fields, Land and Carbon employs a unique combinative approach and an optimized mix of plants, nutrients, soil amendments, technologies, and practices to increase carbon additionality, improve soil health, provide ecosystem services, and enhance biodiversity.

Land and Carbon's projects are designed to deliver carbon offset credits of the highest quality, transparency, credibility, integrity, and value. We can make these carbon offset credits available to entities desiring to achieve their net emission goals in several ways: through direct investment in our projects in exchange for a mutually agreed upon share of the carbon credits; by contracting with us for offset credit delivery from a Land and Carbon project as soon as the credits are issued; through transfer into account(s) established in an offset program's registry; through purchase from an exchange, offset credit broker, or offset credit retailer; or a combination of these options.

Given the vast amounts of marginalized land in the U.S., Canada, and around the world, Land and Carbon's services have the potential to remove millions of tons of CO2 from the atmosphere at low cost and in time to make a difference. Along with co-benefits and the removal of meaningful amounts of CO2, Land and Carbon's science-driven nature-based carbon solutions will provide true, verified, highly credible, and transparent carbon offset credits of the utmost integrity to assist entities across all sectors to timely attain their net-zero emissions targets.
