Customer Royalty Option
The landowner receives a percentage of the gross revenue from the sale of carbon credits generated by the project. We bear the cost risk; no costs are deducted from the gross revenue prior to applying landowner’s percentage. No out of pocket payments by landowner.
Collaboration with Carry Customer Option
Land and Carbon “carries” early capital and operational expense; cost sharing after early years; Landowner receives higher percentage of carbon credits and revenue.
Service Customer Option
Fee-based model; turn-key, soup to nuts; customer receives highest percentage of credits.
